Our Players have come from various communities, this is the power of sports, it brings people together regardless of the background or economic issue they might face, our athletes all share the same dream.

We have implemented a strategy at Phoenix Academy which requires each alumni to give back to the community they came from and impact that community in a positive way. 

The founders of Phoenix Academy believe it is only fair for the athletes to come back after they have achieved some level of success (e.g. after turning professional or working in the corporate world). The impact to the community does not have to be financial only, they can volunteer or create schemes to help others that are in a position they were once in.
